Ginjer Ginjer
　必要なのは自分を評価してくれる人物ではなく、評価の外に置いてくれる
相手である。学業や仕事の業績とは何の関係もなく、特に意味のない会話
でもそれじたいを尊いものとして理解してくれるような、精神的立て直しの手
助けを引き受ける存在だ。相談に対して回答を用意するのではなく（それだ
と評価の一環になってしまう）、忌憚のない意見を聞かせるのでもなく（当然
のことだ）、触れ合っていることそのものに、短くはあっても時間を共有してい
ることに、継続的な安心感をもたらしてくれる人間を人は人として持たなけれ
ばならない。あるいはそのような人に、自分がならないといけない。

　秋葉原の事件を見て、そんなことを考えた。
